JCOPLASTIC SPA, Industria Contenitori Plastici,
is an European group of companies which has been in the industrial planning and production of plastic containers for over 50 years.
The head office of the group is based in Italy with several production units:
no.3 factories in Italy, no.2 recycling plants in Italy, no. 4 factories in Europe.
This strength is reinforced by lots of commercial and business collaborations all over the world.
In the production units of the group a trained staff of about 330 workers and employees, having experience and know-how, regularly works to guarantee quality products and services to customers.
Thanks to our R&D department it is possible to plan and achieve new customised products.
All JCO products are injection moulded in High Density Polyethylene of first fusion (HDPE) in the full respect of hygienic rules and food conformity, with characteristics that make them particularly resistant to U.V. infrared rays, acids and alkalis, aging, high and low temperatures. The use of recyclable raw material, the steady care in research and technological updating, have been acknowledged and confirmed by EN ISO 9001:2008 and EN ISO 14001:2015 certifications.
The biggest injection plant is working in the production unit of Battipaglia, Italy where there are 25 presses injection molding machines starting from 190 tons allowing the transformation of about 40.000 tons of polyethylene every year.
Jcoplastic production, which conforms to European rules, is made up of three ranges of products:
