Wheels moulding press
A hydraulically actuated double mould press equipped with thermoregulation unit and a system for the automatic extraction of the product. The temperature of the surfaces, density and thickness of the manufactured articles can be set using the software.
Shock-proof paving and technical articles moulding plant
Starting from recycled rubber granules /frayed material from used tyres, it produces superb shock proof flooring, residential and industrial flooring, flooring for livestock, self-locking paving and much more by simply adding moulds of different shapes.
Industrial solid tyres moulding plant
Starting from recycled rubber granules /frayed material from used tyres, it allows the production of industrial wheels for trolleys and bins. With the addition of new moulds it is also possible to produce articles for the urban, industrial and civil building industry, animal husbandry, etc.
Thermo - acoustic sheath production plant
Starting from recycled rubber granules/frayed material from used tyres, it allows the production of sound-deadening and vibration damping sheaths of different densities and thickness between 3 and 10 mm.
Anti-vibration sheath production plant
Starting from recycled rubber granules/ frayed material from used tyres, it allows the production of absorbing and anti-vibration sheaths of different densities. The following thicknesses can be produced: from 3 to 10 mm - more than10 mm.
Mulch processing system
Crushing and screening plant able to convert retreading waste into usable raw materials. Also available in a co-differentiator version.
Rubber granule and mulch painting plant
It allows the transformation of rubber granules or frayed rubber derived from the recycling of used tyres into decorative products for gardens, public parks, urban furniture and designing. It also allows the production of granules for the infill of football fields made by artificial turf.
