1. Development
Singapore is a City-State that extends over an island territory of 735 square kilometers, with a population of 5.6 million inhabitants; it is an administrative territory slightly more than half the size of that of Rome Capital and with more than double the inhabitants. The GDP per capita is about 88,000 dollars, among the highest in the world and 2.6 times greater than the Italian one.
2. Strategy for green development
The “Singapore Green Plan 2030”, launched in February 2021, involves five ministries (Ministry of Sustainability and Environment MSE, Ministry of Trade and Industry MTI, Ministry of Transport MOT, Ministry of National Development MND and Ministry of Education MOE) and constitutes the policy guidance document of the entire Government 1.

This section covers the following topics: ports and waterways, railways, roads, airports, telecommunications and connectivity, industrial and logistics parks.
4. Energy and Environment
This section covers the following topics: energy infrastructure, air quality, water, waste and soil
5. Public Private Partnership
Public-Private Partnership was introduced in 2003, mainly to introduce greater market discipline, attract foreign investment, create innovation and improve value for money, as an alternative to the need for financing.
